How to Use

• Diffuse: Add 2–3 drops to your diffuser to ease anxiety, depression, and create a warm, grounding atmosphere.
• Skin care: Dilute and apply to support scar healing, acne, eczema, ulcers, and athlete’s foot — patchouli’s tissue-regenerating properties are exceptional.
• Bath soak: Add a few drops to warm bath water to support skin and scalp health, ease fluid retention, and promote relaxation.
